Softtuck Studio ("Softtuck Studio," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Nofoozi (نفوذی) mobile application (the "App").

This Privacy Policy explains what information Nofoozi collects, what information is stored locally on your device, how third-party services used by the App may process information, how information is used and shared, and your privacy rights.

Nofoozi is designed as a local, pass-and-play social game. The App does not require an account, login, registration, or profile and does not operate a backend server or database for storing gameplay information.

Nofoozi does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the core game.

We do not directly collect or maintain on our own servers:

• Your physical address

• Your contacts

• Your photographs or videos

• Your precise location

• Your microphone or camera recordings

• Your gameplay history

• Your player list or player names

• Your game sessions or game results

• Your payment card or other payment instrument information

Player names entered during gameplay, including custom names, are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted by Nofoozi to Softtuck Studio or stored in a Nofoozi server or database.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Nofoozi stores certain information locally on your device to provide the App's functionality.

This may include:

• Player names entered during a game

• Game settings and preferences

• Language preferences

• Sound settings

• Information indicating which premium content categories have been unlocked

• Other settings necessary for the App to operate correctly

This information is stored on your device and is not transmitted by Nofoozi to our servers.

Nofoozi does not operate a backend server or cloud database for gameplay information.

If you uninstall the App or otherwise clear its local application data, locally stored gameplay information and settings may be deleted by the operating system.

4. Advertising — Google AdMob

Nofoozi may display advertisements using Google AdMob, a service provided by Google.

When advertisements are displayed, Google and its advertising technology may process certain information from your device, which may include, depending on the applicable advertising configuration and your consent choices:

• Advertising identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID

• IP address

• Device and app information

• General device characteristics

• Information about ad interactions and advertising performance

• Information used for fraud prevention, security, measurement, and advertising purposes

This processing is performed through Google's advertising services and may involve the collection and processing of information by Google and other advertising technology providers participating in the applicable advertising ecosystem.

We do not receive or store your advertising identifier or other advertising data in a Nofoozi backend database.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland, advertising may be subject to additional consent requirements. Where required by applicable law, Nofoozi will request consent before processing personal data for purposes that require consent. Your choices may affect whether personalized or non-personalized advertising is shown.

5. Google Play Billing and Purchases

Nofoozi may offer optional one-time in-app purchases that unlock premium content categories.

Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.

Softtuck Studio does not receive or store your payment card number, bank account information, or other payment instrument details used to make a purchase through Google Play.

The App may receive purchase-related information from Google Play that is necessary to determine whether purchased content should be unlocked or restored. This may include information such as the purchased product and purchase status.

Your purchase entitlement is associated with your Google Play account and may be restored through Google Play when supported by the App and the applicable purchase type.

Google processes payment and purchase information according to Google's own terms and privacy practices.

6. Information You Provide When Contacting Us

Nofoozi does not require you to provide an email address or contact information to play the game.

However, if you voluntarily contact us by email or otherwise communicate with us, we may receive personal information that you choose to provide, such as:

• Information about your device or App that you voluntarily provide to help us investigate a problem

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Nofoozi does not maintain a server-side account or database containing your gameplay data.

Information stored locally by the App, such as player names, settings, preferences, and locally stored unlock information, generally remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App, subject to how the Android operating system handles application data.

Purchase records and entitlements are maintained by Google Play in accordance with Google's systems and policies and may be used to restore eligible purchases after reinstalling the App or on another compatible device.

Information processed by Google through AdMob or Google Play is subject to Google's applicable retention practices and privacy policies.

If you contact us directly, we retain the information contained in your communication only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, resolve the relevant matter, maintain appropriate records, or comply with legal obligations.

Because Nofoozi does not maintain user accounts or a server-side gameplay database, there is generally no Nofoozi account or server-side gameplay profile that you need to request us to delete.

We will consider and handle your request in accordance with applicable law, subject to any information we are legally required or permitted to retain.

11. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited information processed by Nofoozi.

Nofoozi does not maintain a server-side database of user gameplay information or user accounts.

Information stored locally by the App is protected by the security mechanisms provided by the Android operating system and the user's device.

Information processed by third-party services, including Google AdMob and Google Play, is subject to the security measures and practices implemented by those providers.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security of information processed through third-party services or communications.

12. Children's Privacy

Nofoozi is not directed specifically at children and is not designed as a children's service.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through account creation or registration because Nofoozi does not provide accounts or registration.

The App may nevertheless be available to users of different ages depending on the applicable distribution settings and local law. Where advertising or other processing requires age-related consent or restrictions, we will apply the applicable requirements and available technical controls.

Because Nofoozi does not maintain a user account or server-side gameplay database, most game-related information exists only locally on your device and is not accessible to us.

14. International Data Transfers

Nofoozi itself does not operate a backend server or cloud database for storing gameplay information.

However, third-party service providers such as Google may process information on servers located in countries outside your country of residence, including countries outside the European Economic Area.
